Baby Sitter Photoshoots (7–12 months)

This stage is full of personality – bright eyes, big smiles, wobbly balance and endless giggles. It’s the moment your baby really starts to shine.

Our Baby Sitter Sessions are designed for babies who can sit confidently on their own (typically from around 7 months onwards). It’s the perfect time to capture their expressions, curiosity and character…. before they’re on the move.

These sessions are relaxed, playful and baby-led, creating natural portraits you’ll love looking back on as this fleeting stage passes.

If your baby is sitting unaided, this milestone is one you won’t want to miss.

How it works

Your baby’s sitter session is all about connection, personality, and those joyful in-between moments – the curious looks, proud sitting posture, and yes… all the giggles.

These sessions focus primarily on your little one as they begin to explore the world around them, capturing their expressions and growing confidence in a natural, relaxed way. We’ll also take time to photograph baby with parents (and siblings if you wish), because these images… the closeness, the love, the way they fit perfectly in your arms – are just as important.

Photographed in my signature, timeless style at my Leigh studio, “I’m Sitting Up” baby photoshoots are best suited for babies who can sit confidently unaided, typically from around 7 months onwards.

When can I see my photos?

During your shoot we will arrange a viewing appointment. You will be invited back to the studio two weeks after your session to view your final gallery of approximately 15 beautifully enhanced and fully edited images. It’s at this point when you decide what you may want to purchase.

How long is the session?

A baby photoshoot can last up to 1 hour

Of course! These are so important to show your beautiful bond
